•   All units are Non-Smoking and No Pets.

• If you smoke, we welcome you as our guest, but ask that you step on to the deck as a courtesy to future guests.

• All types of pets are strictly prohibited. 

     Payment & Cancellation

• Payment by personal check preferred. Credit cards are accepted if you are a PayPal member..

• 50% of payment due within 7 days to guarantee reservation.

• Final 50% payment due within two weeks of your arrival.

• Outside 2 weeks of arrival:      Full refund minus any Paypal fees.

• Inside 2 weeks of arrival: Full refund minus PayPal fees if we can rebook the time slot.  Otherwise 50% cancellation fee. Please call ASAP if you plan on canceling.

• Check-in-time is 4PM unless approved in advance.

• Check-out time is 10AM unless approved in advance. 

Cleaning

• Cleaning service including fresh linens and towels is provided before your arrival and upon departure. Daily service is not available.
