who we are Tom Brennan & Karen
Breckheimer, 27 year residents of Summit County, on-site resident manager team for Silver Queen West
since1990. Karen rents out these 7 units, does all the
cleaning herself, and works part-time for the HOA. She also handles about
ten long-term rentals occupied by full-time, year-round residents Yes, she
can be busy. Tom is the full-time resident manager for the HOA,
and Karen's totally incompetent but completely dedicated webmaster &
techno geek. He's also the skier at the top of the page! *The
Homeowner's Association is not involved with rentals, and the unit you are
renting either belongs to us, our family or our friends.
